   Describe a repeatable symptom

   Note the game, scene and action that produces the pause. Distinguish a loading transition from recurring uneven motion; record whether it also happens offline.

   Capture without changing the setup

   Warm up the same scene and record several runs using the same capture settings. Save raw files with clear baseline names rather than judging one FPS counter reading.

   Locate the slow intervals

   Import the capture and inspect the timeline. Note spike timing alongside scene events, background activity and any available temperature or utilization logs. Correlation alone is not a cause.

4. 04

   Test one explanation

   Choose one plausible variable, retest and compare repeated runs. If the symptom persists, restore that variable before trying the next explanation.
