Who is responsible

This policy applies to radiant-optimizer.app, operated by Radiant Optimizer APP ("we", "us"). For privacy questions or requests, email support@radiant-optimizer.app.

This website is an independent guide and is not affiliated with the developer of Radiant Optimizer. External software and browser game websites have their own privacy policies.

Information processed when you browse

Our hosting and security services process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. This may include your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser headers, response status and information about suspicious traffic. We use this information to serve pages, diagnose failures and prevent abuse.

The site uses Cloudflare hosting and security infrastructure. Cloudflare may process technical data as a service provider or under its own policies, depending on the service. Read Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for its practices.

Accounts and messages

You can read the public guide and use its calculators without creating an account. If you choose to create an account through an available account page, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address and profile details, together with authentication and session records. Passwords are stored as password hashes rather than readable passwords. Account and session records may also include IP and browser information used for security.

If you email us or submit a support message through an available feature, we process your address, message and information you choose to include so we can respond and investigate. Please avoid sending passwords, payment card details or unrelated sensitive information. Sending email also involves your email provider and our mailbox provider.

We do not ask you to pay to read the public guide, use the gaming calculators or browse the directory. Purchases on third-party product or game sites are handled by those sites under their own policies.

Calculators and search

FPS, DPI and sensitivity values are calculated locally in your browser. These tools do not inspect your hardware, measure game performance, or upload the values you enter. The game search and genre filters also operate locally; their inputs are not submitted to our server by those controls.

Your browser still makes ordinary page, asset and navigation requests. Following an external link sends a request to the destination website. That website may receive your IP address, browser information and a referrer subject to your browser's settings.

Cookies and browser storage

The website may use essential authentication cookies when you sign in, and a PARAGLIDE_LOCALE cookie when you select a language. Preference storage may remember an interface theme on account pages. These serve account access or preferences rather than advertising profiles.

Depending on Cloudflare's security configuration, Cloudflare may set security cookies such as cf_clearance or __cf_bm. Their presence and lifetime depend on the enabled features; we do not claim that every listed cookie is set on every visit. See Cloudflare's cookie documentation.

You can inspect, block or delete cookies and local storage using your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect login or saved preferences. Your browser's private mode and tracking controls provide additional choices.

Advertising, analytics and affiliate links

AdSense placements and scripts are disabled for this launch. The Sponsor cards are currently static, unsold placeholders. No advertising-network cookies are set by those placeholders, and no affiliate links are active.

No optional third-party analytics or customer-chat integration is enabled for this launch. If we activate a nonessential tracking integration, we will identify the provider, purpose and choices in this policy and obtain consent where required before loading it. Cloudflare's operational and security processing remains separate from optional marketing tracking.

Purposes and applicable legal grounds

We process information to provide requested pages or accounts, respond to messages, protect the service, diagnose problems and comply with applicable obligations. Where a legal basis is required, these activities may rely on providing a requested service, legitimate interests in running and securing the website, or a legal obligation, as applicable. Optional processing that requires consent will rely on that consent; you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Sharing and international processing

We disclose information only as needed to service providers supporting hosting, security, authentication or correspondence; to comply with applicable law or valid legal process; or to protect the service and the rights of affected people. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Service providers may process information outside your country. Where applicable data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use the arrangements available for the relevant provider and processing activity. This policy does not promise storage in a particular country.

Retention and security

We retain personal information only for as long as needed for its purpose, account operation, security, dispute handling or applicable legal requirements. Provider logs have their own configured retention periods. An account deletion request may leave limited records where retention is necessary or legally required. We assess correspondence for deletion when it is no longer needed; we do not promise a fixed period that is not implemented.

We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls, hashed passwords and encrypted connections on the published website. No website, email transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Do not use this website to transmit highly sensitive information.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and the processing involved, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object to certain processing. You may also have a right to withdraw consent or complain to a competent data protection authority.

Send a request to support@radiant-optimizer.app. Describe your request and the email address associated with any account. We may need proportionate information to verify identity; do not email a password. We handle requests within the periods required by applicable law and explain any relevant exception.

Children

This website is intended for a general audience interested in PC gaming and software research. It is not directed at children under 13, or below a higher age where local rules apply, and we do not knowingly seek their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Changes and contact

We will revise this policy when our practices change and update the date on this page. Where required, we will give additional notice of material changes.
