Scope and operator

These terms apply to radiant-optimizer.app, operated by Radiant Optimizer APP ("we", "us"). Questions about these terms can be sent to support@radiant-optimizer.app.

By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using it. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed.

An independent informational service

We provide independent software research, performance-test information, setup checklists, browser project links and gaming calculators. We do not develop or sell the Radiant Optimizer software, act as its official support team, or claim affiliation with its developer.

The public guide, calculators and directory do not require a paid subscription. They do not grant access rights to third-party software or games. We do not sell an optimizer license through this website. Any future paid service would need its own clear price and terms before purchase.

Evidence and performance information

Product features, compatibility, permissions, pricing and download sources marked as pending or unverified have not been established by this website. A review in progress is not a recommendation or a completed test.

Illustrative chart values are layout examples, not actual benchmark results. A curve labeled Simulated Trace is not recorded game data. The FPS / frame-time and eDPI calculators perform arithmetic; they do not benchmark your computer, show real frame-time fluctuations or make different games' sensitivity scales equivalent.

We make no promise that using an optimizer, following a checklist or changing a setting will improve FPS, reduce latency or resolve an issue. Measured results, when available, will be specific to their documented test conditions.

Downloads, settings and recovery

We do not host a Radiant Optimizer installer. Follow a verified publisher source when one is available, and review current requirements, permissions and documentation before installing software or changing your system.

Keep a backup of important files and a record of original settings. A restore point is not a full file backup, and uninstalling an app may not undo its changes. Generic checklists on this website cannot establish a particular program's recovery behavior.

You remain responsible for deciding whether a change is appropriate for your device and for reviewing the applicable software terms. Nothing here guarantees a download's safety or the reversibility of every change.

Third-party browser projects and links

Browser projects are separate services with their own authors, licenses, requirements and policies. Some require a server, compatible assets or separate permissions. We do not promise immediate play, free access, maintenance or compatibility on every device.

The source-check date records when we reviewed a source. It is not a warranty, a gameplay acceptance test or permission to redistribute a project. We link to original sources; we do not embed or distribute third-party games in the current directory. Source-code permission does not automatically cover game data, images or trademarks.

External links may change or become unavailable. We do not control third-party downloads, privacy practices, transactions or account requirements. Check the destination's own terms before using it.

Accounts and acceptable use

If you choose to use an available account feature, provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised. Do not share passwords in support messages.

You must not use the website to break applicable law, distribute malware or spam, infringe others' rights, impersonate another person, bypass access controls, access someone else's data, or disrupt the service. Reasonable automated access must respect access controls, published instructions and service capacity.

We may restrict access reasonably to address abuse, security risks or violations. Account deletion or correction requests may be sent to our contact address; information handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Content and intellectual property

Our original editorial content and design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may read and use the guide for lawful personal purposes and share links to it. Copying or commercial redistribution beyond permitted uses requires the relevant permission.

Third-party software, project names, trademarks, assets and underlying components remain subject to their respective owners' rights and licenses. These terms do not claim ownership of them or replace their licenses. Concept cover art is not an official game screenshot or endorsement.

If you report an error or send material to us, you must have the right to share it. You allow us to use what is reasonably needed to investigate and respond; no unrelated ownership transfer is required. Tell us if your report contains material that should not be published.

Sponsorship and affiliate disclosure

Sponsor placements are labeled. Current cards are unsold placeholders, and AdSense is disabled. No current affiliate relationship is implied. Availability, limitations and mandatory rights

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but content can be incomplete, outdated or unavailable. Subject to applicable law, the site is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, compatibility or a particular outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by reliance on illustrative data, third-party services, or system changes made independently of this website. This provision does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer rights, fraud or other non-excludable obligations. We do not impose an invented liability amount or waive rights that local law protects.

Changes, disputes and contact

We may update content or these terms as the service develops. We will update the date on this page and provide further notice when applicable law requires it. Material changes do not remove rights that arose before they took effect.
